§ 39103. Same: Rules & Regulations.

The Governor may issue as Executive Orders and the Board may

recommend to the Governor for issuance as Executive Orders such reason-

able rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the laws of Guam as may be

necessary or desirable to enable the Board to carry into effect the provisions

of this Chapter.
