§ 37403. Service; Jurisdiction.
Any civil investigative demand issued under § 37401 may
be served by a false claims law investigator, or by a law
enforcement officer of the government of Guam, at any place
within the territorial jurisdiction of the Unified Judiciary of
Guam.
