§ 3618. Same: Officials.
Any member or employee of the Board, the Administrator or any employee of the Administrator or
any member of the police who disposes of any alcoholic beverages or other property seized under this
Chapter in any manner other than as directed by an order of the court on the provisions of this Chapter, is
guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition, he shall be liable to the government in a civil action.
