§ 3601. Inspections.

Every member of the Board, Administrator and every inspector shall have the right at all times, without

notice and without legal process, to visit and have immediate access to every part of the premises of every

licensee for the purpose of making an examination or inspection of the alcoholic beverages, books and

records, the manner of conducting the business and the premises of the licensee.
