§ 34111. Transfers from the Child Support Enforcement Account Prohibited.

The Child Support Enforcement Account (Account) under the administration of the Department of

Administration is hereby established separate and apart from all other funds and accounts of the government

of Guam. The Account shall be used in accordance with Chapters 34 and 35 of Title 5, Guam Code

Annotated, and Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, for purposes related to the payment of child support.

These funds shall not be transferred or used without the written approval of the Attorney General of Guam.
