§ 34108. Rabies Vaccination.

A pet license shall be issued only upon presentation of a

valid certificate of vaccination against rabies providing

immunity during the period of licensure and signed by a licensed

veterinarian. The type and quantity of rabies vaccine utilized to

vaccinate pets within Guam and accepted duration of immunity

produced by such vaccine shall be determined by regulation

specified by the Director.
