§ 33412. Notarial Seals.
(a) Near the notary’s official signature on a notarial
certificate, the notary shall affix in black ink a sharp, legible, and
photographically reproducible inked stamp impression of the
notarial seal that must include the following elements:
(1) The notary’s name exactly as is indicated on the
commission;
(2) The words “Notary Public, in and for the Territory
of Guam, U.S.A.” and “My commission expires
(commission expiration date)”;
(3) The address of the notary’s business or residence;
and
(4) A rectangular border surrounding the required
words.
(b) Illegible information within an inked stamp impression
of the notarial seal may be typed or printed legibly by the notary

adjacent to but not within the impression. The commission
expiration date must be an integral part of the inked stamp
notarial seal and may not be inserted into the impression.
(c) An embossed seal impression that may be
photographically reproducible and which shall contain the words
“Notary Public in and for the Territory of Guam, USA,” and the
notary’s name exactly as indicated on the commission shall be
used in addition to but not in lieu of the seal described in
subsection (a).
