§ 32506. Warranties Run With Land.
All warranties on a new home, expressed, implied, or as set
forth in this Article 5, run with the land and, if the house is sold or
transferred, the warranties pass with the land as a matter of law.
Such warranties and the passing thereof do not in themselves
create any right of action against any seller who is not a developer
as defined in this article and who is not a person who was
originally responsible for any warranty.
