§ 32203. Transfer of Appropriation.
All appropriations, federal funds, grants and other monies exclusively
pertaining to or issued in connection with the programs except those
relating to the Police Academy and the Corrections Academy identified in
Section 5 of this Act in the Department of Education, University of Guam,
Department of Labor or other departments of the government of Guam are
hereby transferred to the Guam Community College, provided that if such
transfer would be a violation of federal law, rule or regulation such transfer
shall not take place until the appropriate federal consent to the transfer has
been received.
