§ 32131. Consumer Protection Fund.
(a) There is hereby established a fund to be known as the
Consumer Protection Fund (the "Fund") which shall be
maintained separate and apart from other funds of the government
of Guam and independent records and accounts shall be
maintained in connection therewith. All civil penalties collected
by the government of Guam or any person under this chapter shall
be deposited in the Fund.
(b) The Fund shall be used exclusively for the purpose of the
administration of Chapters 31 and 32 of Title 5 of the Guam Code
Annotated. The Fund shall be examined and reported upon by the
Director of Administration as required by law.
(c) All civil penalties and attorney’s fees imposed pursuant
to this chapter paid to the Attorney General shall be paid over to
the Fund when collected.
