§ 32115. Intervention by Attorney General.
Whenever a private party brings an action for relief based
upon this chapter, the Attorney General shall be served with a
copy of the complaint and summons, and may intervene as a
matter of right and may cross claim and counterclaim on behalf of
other consumers.
