§ 3210. Same: Same: Transfer or Closing of Business.
Notwithstanding the provisions of § 3209 of this Article, general retail dealer’s on-sale license and a
general retail dealer’s off-sale license shall expire one (1) year from the date of transfer from such a licensee
to another person, or from the date such a licensee goes out of business, whether voluntarily or involuntarily,
unless, the licensee or transferee thereof puts the license to use within such one (1) year period by actually
engaging in the business of selling alcoholic beverages in the manner permitted by the license.
