§ 3117. Department of Youth Affairs.

There is within the Executive Branch of the government of

Guam a Department of Youth Affairs. The head of the department

shall be the Director who shall be appointed by the Council on

Youth Affairs with the approval of the Governor and with the

advice and consent of the Legislature.
