§ 3116. Action to Compel Registration.

If a registration clerk refuses to register any qualified elector on Guam, the elector may appeal such

refusal to the Commission, and if the Commission upholds or affirms the ruling of the registration clerk,

such qualified elector may proceed by action in the Superior Court to compel his or her registration. In an

action under this Section, as many persons may join as plaintiffs as there are causes of action.
