§ 30204. Agency Obligation.
An agency or autonomous or semi-autonomous instrumentality or public corporation of the
government of Guam billed pursuant to this Article by the Attorney General shall make payments within
sixty (60) days after receipt of the invoice. The Attorney General and each agency or autonomous or semi-
autonomous instrumentality or public corporation of the government of Guam may create a Memorandum
of Understanding (MOU) or Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to govern the relationship created by this
Article.
