§ 30104. Special Pay for Prosecutors.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, attorneys serving as prosecutors shall be entitled to special

pay, calculated at the rate of their regular wage plus fifteen percent (15%). The Office of the Attorney

General shall provide special pay to all attorneys serving as prosecutors in the Office of the Attorney

General.
