§ 2905. Uncovered Medical Procedure.
In situations where a person’s health insurance will not be able to cover a particular condition or
procedure, and the condition or procedure is within the scope of services covered by the Program, the person
may apply for assistance. If found eligible, only the uncovered procedure will be covered by the Program.
