§ 2905. Treatment of Eighteen-Year-Old Applicants.
An individual who has attained the age of eighteen (18) years and who is not a dependent for tax
purposes of another household may apply to the Medically Indigent Program. An individual who is between
the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-three (23) years who is still attending high school or college and living
at home may be included under that person’s parents, or household member’s application to the Medically
Indigent Program and the family’s income.
