§ 28505. Responsibility of the Agency.

Employees enrolled in this program shall be allowed

administrative leave with pay to attend classes during working

hours. In the case of graduate M.P.A. and M.B.A. students, the

agency shall allow full-time administrative leave with pay during

the last semester in which the scholarship recipient performs

required research toward his or her special project or thesis.

Actual class time shall not be used for the accumulation of

overtime, nor compensatory time.

2013 NOTE: Subsection designation deleted to adhere to the

Compiler’s general codification scheme in accordance to the

authority granted by 1 GCA § 1606.
