§ 2717. Trial of Contested Claims.

Whenever an allowed claim is contested by any person entitled to

contest it, either the contestant or the claimant is entitled to a trial of the

issues, both of fact and of law, presented by the contest; and the Superior

Court shall hear and determine such issues and shall enter an order

disposing of the contest.
