§ 26604. Attorney’s Fees in Support Cases.
Attorney’s fees may be awarded in all domestic cases against any
person who is found by the Superior Court of Guam to have willfully
withheld and failed to pay child support or who is found to have wrongfully
refused visitation to a noncustodial parent.
