§ 24438. Proceeds of Unknown Parties - How Invested.

Where there are proceeds of a sale belonging to an unknown owner, or

to a person outside of Guam, who has no legal representative within it, the

same must be deposited in the savings account of any bank duly licensed to

do business on Guam, for the benefit of the persons entitled thereto.
