§ 24406. Summons; to Whom Directed.
The summons must contain a description of the property sought to be
partitioned, and must be directed to all of the persons named as defendants
in the complaint, and when it shows that some person, whose name is
unknown to the plaintiff, has or claims an interest in, or lien upon, the
property, the summons must also be directed to all persons unknown who
have or claim any interest in, or lien upon, the property.
