§ 2413. Attorneys’ Fees.

With respect to a consumer credit sale or consumer lease the

agreement may provide for the recovery from the buyer or lessee of

reasonable attorneys' fees not in excess of fifteen percent 15% of the

unpaid debt at the time suit is brought, if paid or payable to an attorney

not a salaried employee of the seller or lessor or his transferee. An

agreement in violation of this Section is void.
