§ 2406. Restriction on Liability in Consumer Lease.
A consumer lease, other than one primarily for an agricultural
purpose, may not provide that a lessee who has otherwise performed his
obligations under the lease shall be liable for an amount upon

under the lease. An agreement in violation of this subsection is void.
