§ 22825. Excess Proceeds.

In the event the proceeds of either the Bonds or the Loans are

in excess of the amounts needed to pay all the tax refunds due and

to pay for the costs of issuance and administration of such Bonds or

Loans, such excess shall only be used to redeem the Bonds or to

repay the Loans.

NOTE: Sections .01, .0101, .0102, .0103, .0104, .0105, .0106, .0107,

.0108, .0109, .0110, .0111, .011.2, .02, .0201, .0202, .0203, .0204, .0205,

.0206, .0207, .03, .04, and .05 have been changed to §§ 22802, 224803, et

seq. The section numbers in the original bill were amended to reflect the

current GCA format. Amended by Compiler in order to reflect the correct

citation.
