§ 2218. Offenses and Penalties: Malfeasance.

Any public weighmaster who falsifies a weight certificate or who

delegates his authority to any person not licensed as a public

weighmaster or who preseals a weight certificate with his official seal

before performing the act of weighing, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
