§ 22110. Jury Trust Fund.

There is hereby established a Jury Trust Fund (the Fund) to carry out

the provisions of sections § 22104 and § 22109 of this Title. The Fund shall

be replenished annually by appropriation of the Legislature paid directly to

the Fund. All expenses related to jury services shall be accounted for in the

Fund which shall be maintained separate and apart from other funds of the

Superior Court.
