§ 22107. Environmental Health Revolving Fund.

There is hereby created, separate and apart from other funds

of the government of Guam, a fund known as the Environmental

Health Revolving Fund. The Fund shall not be commingled with

any other fund and shall be deposited into a separate account. All

proceeds from fees and fines collected pursuant to this

Subchapter shall be deposited into the Fund, and shall not lapse

at the end of a fiscal year but shall roll-over until used by the

Division of Environmental Health of the Department of Public

Health and Social Services solely in support of the functions of

the Division of Environmental Health of the Department of

Public Health and Social Services, to include the recruitment of

personnel for the Division of Environmental Health. All monies

in the Environmental Health Revolving Fund shall be deemed

appropriated and shall continue to be deemed appropriated to the

Division of Environmental Health of the Department of Public

Health and Social Services. Funds in the Environmental Health

Revolving Fund shall not be subject to the transfer authority of I

Maga'hågan Guåhan.
