§ 21615. Judgment Against Sureties.
If judgment be rendered in said action that the alleged transfer of
conveyance was made to hinder, delay or defraud a creditor, then judgment
shall be rendered in such action without further proceeding in favor of
plaintiff and against the principal and sureties on said undertaking for the
sum for which said undertaking was executed according to the conditions
thereof.
