§ 21016. Penalties for Acts or Omissions.

Any person having charge of affidavits of registration is guilty of a

misdemeanor who:

(a) neglects or refuses to make all the entries provided for in this

Title; or

(b) fails or neglects to comply with any provision of this Chapter.
