§ 2029. Further Security May Be Required On Sale of Real Property.

Before any sale of the real property of an estate is confirmed, the

Superior Court of Guam may require the personal representative to

provide further security for the faithful performance of his trust in light

of the increased value of the personal property of the estate, treating the

expected proceeds of the sale as personal property.
