§ 20122. Transfer of Functions.

Upon the effective date of this Act, the Governor shall transfer existing

programs, personnel, equipment, furniture, supplies, records, documents

and unexpended funds of functions, programs and services from various

agencies, departments, instrumentalities of the government of Guam to the

Department of Youth Affairs in consonant with this Act. These shall include

but not necessarily limited to the following: Impact '76, Youth Services,

Youth Correctional Facilities of the Juvenile Justice Division, Superior

Court of Guam; Summer Youth Employment Program of the Department of

Labor; and Youth Conservation Corps of the Department of Agriculture.
