§ 20120. Records Discrimination Against Status Offenders Prohibited.

No government agency or program may, solely on the basis of
conviction of a status offense, discriminate against any person who would
otherwise be eligible. No private entity that receives government of Guam
funding, either local or federal funds, for any of its programs may, solely on
the basis of conviction of a status offense, discriminate against any person
who would otherwise be eligible.
