§ 20107. To Whom Affidavit and Order Must be Delivered.
The order of arrest, with a copy of the affidavit upon which it is made,
must be delivered to the Chief of Police, who, upon arresting the defendant,
must deliver to him a copy of the affidavit, and also, if desired, a copy of the
order of arrest.
