§ 20106. Inspection and Abatement.
The Director is authorized to make inspections of all public
and private grounds, buildings, vehicles, aircraft, ships and other
places, except private homes in order to carry out the provisions
of this Part. He may order compliance with the provisions of this
Part and the immediate abatement of public nuisances.
