§ 18133. Penalty.
Any person who practices cosmetology, electrology,
esthetician or skin care, barbering or manicuring, or maintains a
school or cosmetological establishment without a license as
provided by this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
shall be fined as outlined in the rules and regulations promulgated
by the Board, in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication
Law.
