§ 18106. Fidelity and Surety Insurance.

Fidelity and surety insurance includes all guaranteeing of

persons holding places of public trust, and of the performance of

contracts other than insurance policies. It also includes the

execution of all bonds, undertakings and contracts of suretyship.
