§ 171504. Amendment of Foreign Registration Statement.

(a) A registered foreign cooperative shall deliver to the Director of Revenue and Taxation for filing an

amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in:

(1) the name of the cooperative;

(2) the cooperative’s jurisdiction of formation;

(3) an address required by § 171503(a)(4); or

(4) the information required by § 171503(a)(5).
