§ 17114. Reservation of Power to Amend or Repeal.

I Liheslaturan Guåhan has the power to amend or repeal all or part of this Act at any time, and all

limited cooperative associations and foreign cooperatives subject to this Act are governed by the

amendment or repeal of this Act.
