§ 1703. Executor Indicated, But Not Specifically Named, In Will.
When it appears, by the terms of a will, that it was the testator's
intention to commit the execution thereof and the administration of the
testator's estate to any person as executor, such person, although not
named executor in the will, is entitled to a grant of letters testamentary in
like manner as if such person had been named executor in the will.
