§ 16133. Designation of UOG as Lead Agency for Aquaculture.
The University of Guam (UOG) is hereby designated as the lead agency for the development of the
aquaculture industry on Guam; and as such, UOG shall have purview over all matters related to the
development of aquaculture on Guam
