§ 1604. Administrative Support for the Compiler of Laws.
The Supreme Court of Guam shall provide technical,
clerical, and administrative support to the Compiler of Laws. In
the exercise of the responsibilities included in this Chapter, the
Supreme Court of Guam may:
(a) Accept grants, contributions, appropriations, and

payments for the publications of the office;
(b) Employ such professional or clerical staff as
necessary for the operations of the Compiler of Laws, in
accordance with the Personnel Rules and Regulations of the
Judicial Branch promulgated by the Judicial Council; and
(c) Enter into contracts as necessary for the operations
of the Compiler of Laws, in accordance with the law and the
Rules and Regulations promulgated by the Judicial Council.
