§ 15701. License.

It shall be unlawful for any person to do or perform any act

in Guam as an insurance broker, general agent, sub-agent, or

solicitor, or hold himself out as such, for any kind of insurance

without having first obtained a license issued by the

Commissioner. Licenses and the renewals thereof shall be for an

annual term expiring the 1st day of July occurring after issuance.

The fee for each type of license and the renewal thereof shall be

as follows:

Broker $ 100.00

General Agent $ 100.00

Sub-agent $ 25.00

Nonresident producer $ 25.00

Solicitor $ 25.00
