§ 15104. Hospitals Required to Provide Certain Information to Parents.
The Department of Public Health and Social Services shall provide
information to practitioners and health care facilities, including, but not
limited to, the effect of family violence on children and available services for
the prevention and treatment of family violence. Hospitals shall provide
information concerning family violence to parents of newborn infants and to
parents of hospitalized minors.
