§ 14201. Bonding of Officers and Employees.

Effective February 1, 1984, all officers and employees of the government

of Guam who serve as certifying and/or disbursing officers or who handle

public funds in any manner whatsoever shall be properly bonded against any

loss of money or other property which the said government of Guam shall

sustain through any negligent, fraudulent or dishonest act or acts committed by

any of such employees, acting alone or in collusion with others.
