§ 12124. Application to Interstate or Foreign Commerce.

This Chapter and every provision thereof shall apply to

commerce with foreign nations or to interstate commerce except

insofar as such application is not permitted under the

Constitution and laws and treaties of the United States or the

Organic Act of Guam and the laws of Guam.
