§ 12109. Special Session.

Within five (5) days after the end of time allowed for filing statements

of contest, the Superior Court of Guam shall thereupon order a special

session to be held on some day to be declared by the Court, not less than ten

(10) or more than twenty (20) days from the date of its order.
