§ 11201. When Government of Guam Will Not Sue.

The government of Guam will not sue any person for or in respect to any real property, or the issue or

profits thereof, by reason of the right or title of the government of Guam to the same, unless:

(a) Such right or title or cause of action shall have accrued within ten years before any action or

other proceeding for the same is commenced; or,

(b) The government of Guam, or those from whom they claim, shall have received the rents and

profits of such real property, or some part thereof, within the space of ten years; or,

(c) I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan by special order shall direct an action to be brought.
