§ 1119. Authorization to Adopt Rules and Regulations.

The Department of Labor may adopt rules and regulations

consistent with the Guam Administrative Adjudication Law, and

the laws of the United States and Guam as may be necessary to

ensure the effectiveness of the provisions of this Act.
